A "numbered" corporation (e.g. 1234567 Ontario Inc.) can be incorporated in as little as one business day.
 
What are the fees for an incorporation?
Total charges start at about $1,000.00 For a straightforward incorporation, the fee is $500 plus h.s.t. of $65.00. Government fees are $360.00 (no tax.) Minute book supplies range from $25.00 to $150.00, plus tax, depending on preference. A name search costs about $60.00, inclusive of tax.
